Friends of the Kent Memorial Library

Book Sale Information
Book Collections The Friends collect books throughout the year for the annual book sale. Books, books-on-tape, cassettes, compact discs, and videotapes are all welcome!  Regrettably, the Friends are unable to accept older textbooks, National Geographic magazines, or Reader's Digest Condensed Books.
October through August:  On the first Saturday of each month, books are collected from 10 AM to noon at the Kent Memorial Library.  Friends sort and box the books, which are stored for the annual book sale. Collection dates are published each month in local newspapers.
September:  No monthly book collections.  Come to the book sale!  Monthly book collections resume in October.
Sale Location The Friends of the Library Book Sale is held in the courtyard of the library. The Kent Memorial Library is located in the center of Suffield at the intersection of Connecticut routes 75 and 168.
