Book Collections

The Friends collect books throughout the year for the annual book sale.
Books, books-on-tape, cassettes, compact discs, videotapes, and record albums are all welcome! Regrettably, the Friends are unable to accept older textbooks, National Geographic magazines, or Reader's Digest Condensed Books.

Collection Schedule

October through August:
On the first Saturday each month, books are collected from 10 AM to
noon at the Kent Memorial Library.
Friends sort and box the books, which are stored for the annual book sale.
Collection dates are published each month in local newspapers.

September:
Come to the book sale! Book collections resume in October.
