EARTHING WITH PRACTITIONER JOHN MANNING

“Earthing” also called “grounding” stems from the idea that in modern life we no longer have direct physical contact with the Earth.  Practitioner, John Manning, will discuss this Earthing on Tuesday, September 26 at 6:30 p.m. at the Kent Memorial Library.  By not keeping direct contact with the Earth’s electrical pulse, Manning believes that we are losing out on purported health benefits. A handful of small studies have found that grounding appears to provide some general health benefits.  There are believers, but also skeptics.  Find out for yourself by signing up for this free program at the Kent Memorial Library, 61 Ffyler Place.
